LeadingAge 2013 Fall Conference

Mike Grubbs and Ron Miller of the Indianapolis office were speakers at the LeadingAge Indiana’s Fall Conference held in Indianapolis. LeadingAge is an association representing not-for-profit services and facilities for the elderly. The association members are non-profit organizations that provide high quality health care, services and housing for over 25,000 seniors throughout Indiana. Mike’s presentation, entitled Collaboration with County Hospitals, focused on helping attendees better under the issues facing non-state government operated nursing facilities in light of Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement. Ron’s presentation focused on the Unemployment Insurance system and provided attendees a better understanding of the unemployment process works so that they can better address former employee claims.
