David Wong of the Indianapolis office and Sarah Feingold of Etsy, Inc., co-presented at the annual South by Southwest Music Conference and Festival in Austin, Texas, on March 13. Their presentation included an overview of the legal framework that allows trolls/bullies/fraudsters/squatters to thrive; case studies and stories demonstrating how they target companies; and effective ways to avoid and defend against them.
