The presentation will include an overview of the legal framework that allows trolls/bullies/fraudsters/squatters to thrive; case studies and war stories demonstrating how they might brutalize your company; and effective ways you can avoid and defend against them. Learn how to avoid making your company a target; identify the pressure points of the “bad guys”; and when it makes sense for your company to adopt the tactics of the “enemy.”
