Attorney Presentation - "Something Old, Something New: Insurance Solutions for Latent Environmental, Toxic Tort, and Other Liabilities"

Joe Eaton, Dave Gillay and John Fischer of the Indianapolis office presented a webinar, "Something Old, Something New: Insurance Solutions for Latent Environmental, Toxic Tort, and Other Liabilities," hosted by Ken Gorenberg of the Chicago office on Aug. 8. The webinar was presented as part of the Insurance Recovery and Counseling Practice Group's quarterly webinar series, in collaboration with the Toxic Tort Practice Group and the Environmental Department. Joe spoke about toxic tort liability theories, Dave spoke about environmental liabilities and John spoke about the availability of insurance coverage for both types of liabilities.
