Attorney Presentation - the Association of Destination Management Executives International’s Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program

Barbara Dunn O’Neal and Ken Gorenberg of the Chicago office and David Frazee of the Washington, D.C., office presented during the Association of Destination Management Executives International’s Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program hosted in the Chicago office on Sept. 26 and 27. Barbara spoke on contract issues, while Ken presented on insurance coverage issues. David spoke on liability and litigation issues. Barnes & Thornburg is the only legal team invited to participate in this important program created for meetings, travel and hospitality executives and will be involved in presenting the program again in other markets.
