“Medical Professional Liability Insurance Trends: Flashback From the 1990s-Present”

Jim Leonard of the Atlanta office spoke at the ABA-TIPS (Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section) annual conference in Phoenix on Feb. 23 on “Medical Professional Liability Insurance Trends: Flashback From the 1990s-Present.” Jim presented the program with a former colleague from MAG Mutual Insurance Company (who is now with AIG Claims), where they both defended medical malpractice liability claims in the 1990s. The program was attended by several hundred participants and was well-received. Chris Yetka of the Minneapolis office chairs the ABA-TIPS Committee in 2018 and also attended the conference.
