U.S. Supreme Court Symposium

On April 29, the firm’s Indianapolis office hosted and sponsored the Indianapolis Bar Association’s inaugural U.S. Supreme Court Symposium. The program featured a number of prominent local appellate practitioners and Supreme Court veterans, including Indiana Solicitor General Tom Fisher. The guest of honor was Berkeley Law Dean and renowned constitutional scholar Erwin Chemerinsky, who delivered an engaging analysis of the last term’s most important cases and discussed the art of Supreme Court advocacy. The program also included a Q&A session with Dean Chemerinsky, conducted by Chris Bayh of the Indianapolis office.
