Fred Andes and Erika Powers presented at the 50th Anniversary National Clean Water Law & Enforcement (NACWA) Virtual Event for municipal and public wastewater utility attorneys across the country. Fred presented on “What’s Next in the Nutrient Wars – Current Litigation and Legal Developments.” Erika joined a panel on developments in clean water law enforcement, and discussed new EPA draft guidance on evaluating a community’s financial capability to fund water quality improvements.
