Many thought (or hoped) the pandemic would be behind us by now. But the delta variant, lower than expected vaccination rates and relaxed safety protocols have caused COVID-19 infections to soar.
That increased risk, as well as recently announced vaccine mandates by the Biden administration, changing guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, the Occupational Health and Safety Administration, and state and local governments have left many employers wondering what they can and should do to mitigate the risks to their workers and operations, while dealing with strong and often divergent views held by employees on these issues.
During this webinar, Mike Palmer and Janilyn Daub will help you update your COVID-19 mitigation strategy, as well as plan for upcoming government guidance and regulations by answering questions about:
- The White House’s recently announced COVID-19 Action Plan and Vaccine Mandates
- The CDC’s and OSHA’s recommended framework for combatting the virus in the workplace, and anticipated changes in light of White House initiatives
- The impact of the delta variant, including the CDC’s and OSHA’s new workplace safety guidance directed at that variant
- Steps employers may take to continue navigating the pandemic and addressing employee concerns
The webinar will feature a Q&A session. You may ask questions during the Q&A or submit them when you register.
