Businesses have gone through a major upheaval the past two years. How do we navigate these short-term problems? Businesses that have focused on the core tenets of conscious capitalism are proving to be industry leaders with less focus on rebuilding and more focus on innovation.

Along the same line, investors today are buying stock in companies with a high environmental, social and governance (ESG) rating because these companies have higher returns and lower risk. What is at the core of these trends?
