The firm’s Drug and Medical Device practice group sponsored the American Conference Institute (ACI) Drug & Medical Device Litigation Conference held at the NY Marriott Marquis in New York City. J.T. Larson participated on a panel, “Daubert in Doubt: Devising a Plan for New Rule 702 Implementation and Working with Experts After the Recent Amendments.” J.T. was joined by Leah Lorber, assistant general counsel at GlaxoSmithKline, and Maureen Barber of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius.
