Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law

Jordan Carr, Holly Heer and Carrie Mayer attended the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law at the Salamander Hotel in Washington, D.C. On May 25, Holly moderated a panel, “Top 10 Negotiating Points for Tax Credit Equity Documents,” discussing the most commonly negotiated provisions in partnership agreements for low-income housing tax credit financed multifamily housing projects. On May 25, Jordan presented, “Advanced Topics in FHA Lending,” discussing the equity investor position and a wide range of issues that arise with respect to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) insured FHA lending on multifamily housing projects. Jordan also led the Tax Credit practice group meeting that was held during the forum as the group’s co-chair.
