Torts and the Texas Two-Step

Ken Kansa presented “Torts and the Texas Two-Step” at the American Bar Association (ABA) 2024 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint CLE Program. Charlie Denton was on the planning committee for the conference, held at the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, Colorado. Approximately 125 people attended and the firm was a sponsor of the event.
