DELAWARE – Chad Stover, a partner in the Delaware office, has been named the recipient of the Delaware State Bar Association’s (DSBA) 2021 Christopher W. White Distinguished Access to Justice Achievement Award. This award is presented to a member of the bar who has shown an exemplary recent contribution to pro bono services and stands as a role model to other attorneys.
Stover was recognized for, among other achievements, representing a prisoner in a four-year Eighth Amendment cruel and unusual punishment case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
The award was presented at the 2021 Christopher W. White Distinguished Access to Justice Awards Breakfast. The award is named in memory of Christopher W. White, who was a member of the DSBA and an attorney with the Community Legal Aid Society of Delaware.
