NEW YORK – Barnes & Thornburg has officially relocated its New York office to 390 Madison Avenue, L&L Holding's recently renovated building in Midtown Manhattan.
The new office, designed with the help of global architecture firm Gensler, will accommodate the firm's ongoing growth in New York and reflect changing workplace needs. The space features multiple collaborative workspaces and an in-office coffee lounge, with broad views of Madison Avenue complementing separate quiet workspaces and individual offices.
"We’ve added more than 30 attorneys and staff since opening in February 2020. This new space gives us room to continue growing our team and serving our clients in an environment that is as dynamic and flexible as the world we live in today,” said Rob Boller, Partner-in-Charge of the New York City office. “Relocating underscores our plans for continued expansion, but also allowed us to design a workspace that is welcoming enough to attract people back to the office – while retaining the functionality we need to continue meeting client needs."
390 Madison Ave. is located between 46th and 47th streets. L&L Holdings’ award-winning renovation of the building, completed in 2019, transformed the 32-story, 862,154-square-foot office tower from a 1950s era structure into a sleek, ultra-modern workplace.
With more than 700 attorneys and other legal professionals, Barnes & Thornburg is one of the largest law firms in the country. The firm serves clients worldwide from offices in Atlanta, Boston, California, Chicago, Delaware, Indiana, Michigan, Minneapolis, New York, Ohio, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Texas and Washington, D.C.
