Powers is among a group of environmental attorneys selected for their professional accomplishments, high standards of practice and significant contributions to the field of environmental law.
Powers, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses her practice on nationwide water quality matters, such as Clean Water Act issues, including wet weather management and wastewater treatment. She assists clients with wastewater permitting, compliance, and enforcement defense, as well as incident investigation and response, and ESG issues.
