SAN DIEGO – Barnes & Thornburg has announced today the addition of Noah A. Katsell as a partner in the firm’s San Diego office. Katsell, who joins the Litigation Department, was previously a partner in the San Diego office of a global law firm, where he spent over two decades representing some of the region’s most significant companies, with a particular emphasis on the medical device and technology industries. He represents public and private companies, boards of directors and their committees, and individual directors and officers in sophisticated securities and complex commercial litigation, class actions, trade secret claims, internal investigations, and government enforcement actions.
“Noah has a significant presence in the world of securities and complex commercial litigation, and we are excited to leverage his talents to better serve our clients navigating high-stakes disputes,” said Randy Brown, chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. “Noah’s skillset and industry experience further bolsters our ability to be nimble and represent our clients both inside and outside the courtroom.”
“We are thrilled to start the new year by welcoming Noah to Barnes & Thornburg,” added Eric J. Beste, partner-in-charge of the San Diego office. “In addition to his more than 20 years of complex litigation experience, Noah has served as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the region. Noah’s established relationships with major players in the Southern California business community will continue to enhance the firm’s profile in San Diego and throughout California.”
