Rich Glaze and Ashley Parr co-authored an article published on by the American Bar Association. In “Democrats May Invoke Congressional Review Act to Reverse Recent EPA Rules.” Rich and Ashley reviewed a number of the 150 rules published by the EPA in the last 60 legislative days of the 116th Congress that were either issued by executive order or have generated interest and controversy, and thus may be targeted for repeal, suspension, or revision under the Congressional Review Act.
