Brittney Lee

Brittney works alongside senior firm leadership and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee to address issues related to diverse attorney recruitment, organizational culture and equity, diversity program development and community engagement.

Leveraging her vast marketing, branding and business development skills, Brittney helps create opportunities for underrepresented talent. She strives to create safe spaces that allow people to simply be themselves as well as build diverse pipelines of understanding.

Brittney focuses on the well-being, resiliency, professionalism and personal and social development of all staff members and attorneys at the firm. She supports the firm’s continued investment in DEI and the cultivation of an environment that promotes understanding and inclusion.

Prior to her role as director, Brittney was the marketing services manager in the Atlanta office and the BTBlack Talent Resource Group co-chair. With over a decade of experience as a top creative marketing professional, Brittney has worked with numerous companies and influential leaders. She prides herself on staying on the pulse of industry knowledge.
