An effective negotiator, litigator and compelling trial attorney, Brian explains his client’s position in logical, understandable ways that aim for positive results. His clients include small and mid-market businesses to Fortune 500 corporations representing a variety of industries, including technology, automotive, industrial, chemical, electrical, manufacturing and retail.
Brian is valued by clients and colleagues alike for his ability to analyze extensive, complex information and streamline it into winning arguments both in and out of court. He presents in courts throughout the United States, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations.
Over the course of his career, Brian has advocated for his clients in more than 25 trials and complex arbitrations. He served as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law for more than two decades and wrote the book on arbitration, Arbitration: The Practitioner's Viewpoint for the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) Business and Commercial Litigation handbook.
