She advises high net worth individuals, family offices and corporate fiduciaries, and on solving problems and providing practical solutions for her clients. Hardworking and approachable, Erin enjoys a challenge, as she is constantly adapting to new situations while assisting clients with complex estate planning, probate matters and trust administration.
Erin is dedicated to counseling individuals and families in planning and guiding the efficient transfer of assets and businesses from one generation to the next. She works through the labyrinth of federal and state tax laws that affect her client’s assets and communicates them effectively so clients can realize the best ways to meet their financial needs. In addition, she collaborates with clients to devise plans that minimize estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked in private practice and in a corporate setting, where she advised individuals and businesses on a wide variety of topics, including liability exposure, corporate compliance, contract drafting, corporate formation and more.
During law school, Erin represented disadvantaged children and the elderly through Loyola’s Child Law Clinic.
Beyond her practice, Erin enjoys spending time with her four boys and running. She has completed one marathon and many half marathons.
