Mariana guides clients through the government bidding process and drafts government bid protests. She has experience on teams representing policyholders bringing breach of contract and bad faith claims against insurers in federal court. She also has experience drafting motions in federal court and responding to discovery requests on behalf of both shareholders and companies.
Additionally, Mariana provides counsel on innovations in data privacy, artificial intelligence, and data collection matters.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Mariana worked as a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg. She also gained experience as a corporate legal intern for a leading online ticket platform. She prepared legal memos on settling domain name infringements, data retention requirements for fantasy sports contests, Uniform Commercial Code lien requests, and consumer endorsements.
