With over 25 years of experience, Peter works on a broad range of subject areas, including food technology, chemistry, polymers, chemical and mineral processing, nutraceuticals, electronics, and mechanical technologies. His clients span diverse industries, including food manufacturers, automotive product solutions, consumer electronics, power tools, mining, household and consumer products, nutritional supplements, and cosmetics, among others.
Within his patent prosecution practice, Peter prepares and prosecutes U.S. utility and design applications, and foreign and Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) patent applications. He also represents clients in ex parte and inter partes re-examinations in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and in opposition proceedings before the patent offices outside of the United States. Peter provides strategic advice regarding the development, creation and management of clients' patent portfolios, and has patent litigation experience that fortifies his advice.
