As Director of IT Project Management Office, Kelly works with her talented team of analysts and project managers to create structure and efficiencies in managing firm projects that touch the IT department. She partners with firm leadership, attorneys, business professionals, IT technicians and business partners to identify, assess and execute innovative uses of people, processes and technology to strategically and intentionally modernize service delivery for and with our clients.
From her concentrated experience in office administration; diversity, equity and inclusion; accounting; business intake; conflicts; and records; Kelly brings 20 years of law firm administration to provide vision and direction to streamline firm projects and operations for firm stakeholders.
While in business school, Kelly focused on operations and logistics and obtained her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Outside of the firm, Kelly serves as member liaison to the Columbus area for the International Legal Technology Association to bring networking and educational events to her local legal IT community. She also leads a church home group with her husband, and spends nearly every other spare second cheering on her four kids in school, their art, or whatever fields or courts on which they play.
