He regularly handles matters before the Texas State Securities Board. He also advises on issues of private equity and hedge funds, fund advisers/sponsors and non-profit boards, and entities subject to complying with Texas law, including the Texas Government Code, the Texas Open Meetings Act, and the Texas Public Information Act.
John provides tailored legal counsel, practical strategies, and business structures for client transactions founded on sound governance practices and critical legal documents attuned to the unique needs of the client. John’s legal acumen is also informed by years of previous experience as in-house counsel with the General Dynamics Corporation, where he was responsible for many domestic and international business matters.
