Tiffany drafts and revises agreements, loans, deeds, bylaws, and other real estate and commercial development-related documents. She maintains closing checklists and produces closing binders, and corresponds with clients, co-counsel and opposing legal counsel. Her work has entailed producing closing binders for the Delaware State Housing Authority.
She also has experience processing Maryland foreclosure sale ratifications, drafting foreclosure deeds, and reviewing deeds for accuracy and clearing title.
Tiffany is enrolled in Widener University Delaware Law School, where she expects to earn her J.D. in 2023.
Prior to joining the firm, Tiffany was a leading paralegal with the Delaware Department of Justice’s Fraud and Consumer Protection Unit, where she was the point of contact for data security breaches and charitable trusts; maintained custody of exhibits, documents, and files while helping on sophisticated trial and administrative cases.
