He also conducts prior art and trademark searches, prepares patentability evaluations and freedom to operate opinions, and handles trademark oppositions.
After earning his aerospace/mechanical engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University, Dominic worked as a software testing engineer for Ansys Inc., where he provided support in the development of engineering simulation software used to determine how objects and materials behave in the physical world. He also completed research during his time at Case Western studying how new algorithms added to the Ansys meshing module would affect computational fluid dynamics results on fluid flow analysis.
By combining his experience with software engineering and programming with his knowledge of aerospace and mechanical engineering, Dominic is able to assist clients with a wide variety of technology areas. Dominic's current clientele includes companies and inventors operating in automotive, aerospace, appliance, tools, materials, and software application technology spaces.
While attending law school, Dominic served as the paper chase editor and editorial board member for JURIST, the world’s only law school-based, comprehensive online legal news service.
