He has significant experience in various non-traditional financing structures including energy-as-a-service, charitable foundation leasing, charitable real estate monetization and public-private partnership (P3) transactions, especially those involving healthcare and/or nonprofit participants.
Jerimi’s more traditional public finance practice includes advising hospitals and health systems, higher education institutions, state agencies, cities, towns, counties and other governmental units in financing capital projects.
In private markets, Jerimi represents for-profit real estate developers in transactions involving public and economic development opportunities.
