His background as an executive in a Fortune 100 multinational corporation and leader of a U.S. federal agency equips him with unique insights into corporate governance, corporate, commercial and financial transactions, and regulatory and other government services.

This blend of corporate and governmental experience often proves invaluable to Ken's clients. He brings a practical, results-oriented approach to corporate and regulatory compliance, crisis management, and international trade issues. His ability to navigate both private sector challenges and governmental matters frequently allows clients to achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.

At Dow, Ken held key leadership roles, including head of corporate and financial law, head of litigation, and vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Dow AgroSciences. This experience honed his skills in managing multifaceted legal issues across diverse global markets.

As administrator of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agriculture Service, Ken spearheaded efforts to expand market access for U.S. agricultural products worldwide. He played a crucial role in implementing U.S. agricultural trade policy throughout the world and supporting the negotiation and enforcement of export trade agreements.

Ken also oversaw multibillion-dollar programs for trade promotion and international food assistance and agricultural capacity development. This governmental experience enhances his ability to advise clients on navigating complex regulatory landscapes and international trade dynamics today.
