In addition to her commercial litigation work, Kristin has experience in a range of substantive areas, including product liability, First Amendment, contract disputes, patent litigation, antitrust and False Claims Act matters.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Kristin practiced in the Washington, D.C., office of a large national firm in complex civil and general commercial litigation. She was a summer associate at Barnes & Thornburg in 2017.
During law school, Kristin was a student attorney in both the Juvenile Justice Clinic and Unemployment Insurance Clinic, and also worked as a law clerk for the University of Michigan General Counsel’s Office.
Before attending law school, Kristin was a consultant at PwC. During her undergraduate years, Kristin interned in Spain and Argentina, as well as at the White House for the Domestic Policy Council.
