Paige advises private clients on estate planning, business succession planning, and generational wealth transfer. Paige’s practice also includes a wide array of substantive areas including income taxes, estate taxes, employment taxes, and sales/use taxes where she advises clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state/local tax authorities.
Paige also has experience in a variety of corporate matters including entity formations and reorganizations, transactions involving partnerships, limited liability companies and S corporations, and drafting related agreements with a focus on the protection of clients’ closely-held business interests.
