Amy leverages her skill set gained from litigating a wide array of cases in addition to employment matters. She has previously defended international law firms and accounting firms involved in complex civil litigation matters. In this capacity, Amy assisted employers in a broad range of industries, such as hospitality, transportation, property management and healthcare, that face discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims. She also has experience bringing and defending trade secret claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy practiced at an AmLaw 200 firm and then at a boutique national labor and employment law firm representing employers of many sizes – from local small businesses to Fortune 50 companies.
While in law school, Amy was an extern for the Honorable Barry Russell at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and a law clerk for a Los Angeles-based law firm. Because of her native-level fluency in both English and Korean, Amy is capable of advising Korean businesses in pre-litigation, litigation, and counseling matters.
