Joseph represents both institutional and individual clients in high-stakes litigation ranging from breach of contract and tortious interference with economic advantage to fraud-based claims, trade secret disputes and real estate matters.
Joseph’s adaptability and curiosity drive him to put himself in the position of his clients, learn their challenges and work toward a solution that best meets their business needs. He has developed strategies that suit his clients well, whether dealing with pretrial motions, negotiations and settlements, or advocacy before a judge or jury.
With regard to general commercial litigation, Joseph has been involved in various stages of complex litigation and arbitrations, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, motion practice and trial.
Outside of his practice, Joseph enjoys travel, cooking, movies and reading.
