Gabriella Ripoll

Gabriella regularly drafts and negotiates commercial contracts, and service agreements from both supplier and purchaser sides, distribution agreements, non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, and intellectual property licenses and permissions. 

She has worked in-house for start-ups and branding and licensing companies, including having acted as representative for a Fortune 500 company’s brand licensing business.

She has a keen ability to spot issues facing her clients and advise on appropriate solutions related to licensed products and collateral works. She also researches and crafts memoranda on legal issues such as breach, compliance, contract management, and IP matters. 

Outside of her practice, Gabriella enjoys visual and performance arts, particularly dance and printmaking, as well as sailing and traveling. She expressed her passion for performance as a part of the NYU Law Revue, a musical parody of law school life.
