Notably, Maya has deep experience in contract matters. She regularly negotiates and drafts agreements and oversees contract management processes. Her versatility allows her to grasp the nuances of each commercial contract, meeting and event agreement, and license agreement.
Maya also advises nonprofit organizations on matters related to programs and operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. She is skilled in providing counsel on state laws related to board governance and reviewing and revising board reports and related documents.
