Beyond cybersecurity, Scott's practice encompasses a wide range of insurance disputes. He has obtained insurance coverage for business interruption, property damage, and mass tort liabilities, directors and officers liability, class actions, and other losses. He has taken numerous coverage and bad faith claims to trial and handled appeals around the country. Scott's trial experience extends to federal contract and bid protest disputes, as well as a significant Section 337 investigation, showcasing his versatility as a litigator.
