Experience
  • Represented Keystone Group LLC, a developer of premier mixed-use projects, in the billion-dollar zoning project for Eleven Park in downtown Indianapolis – a transformational riverfront development anchored by a 20,000-seat multipurpose stadium that will be the new permanent home of Indy Eleven. 
  • Advised Landmark Properties, Inc. on multiple large-scale student housing development projects across the country, totaling over $300 million since 2023. As part of our representation, we advised on the underlying land contract as well as negotiated and structured the loan documents for the project financing.
  • Represented 3J7B Real Estate LLC, a South Carolina business, in the zoning approvals for seven drive through units in Avon and Muncie, IN.
  • Represented Vistra Corp. in the sale of over 5,000 acres of land—including a 2,400-acre private lake well known for its fishing—in Fairfield, Texas. The deal is one of the largest sales of a private lake in Texas history and followed a multi-year marketing and sales process. 
  • Served as borrower’s counsel for a $15-million construction loan for a new industrial infill project in Camarillo, CA 
  • Represented an opportunistic commercial real estate investment and development firm focused on identifying dislocation and mispricing—in obtaining regional center approval and variances for constructing new, mixed-use buildings adjacent to the recently renovated Stutz Building 
  • Assist Ambrose Property Group with the acquisition of approx. 260 acres in Orlando, FL for an Industrial Park Development.
