We’ve now been living with several years of creativity and novel reasoning by the Board:
- At will disclaimer – illegal – really? (well, maybe not... )And now, with the shutdown and the closure of the Board , we’ve been left with a creative vacuum. So, we’ve decided to fill it with some creativity of our own. First, a haiku, about our loss:
- Arbitration clauses – not so fast (and who cares what the U.S. Supreme Court says!)
- To post or not to post – that is the question (the answer from federal courts: No!).
O NLRBAnd a limerick if that’s more your style:
Shut down, non-essential, missed?
Maybe, not yet, soon?
There once was an NLRBCan you do better? Share your creative musings on life with or without the Board in the comments.
Now closed since it can't work for free
Non-essential, sent home
All hearings postponed
My schedule, it’s jumping with glee!
