ABA 16th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law

Heather Delgado and Tony Burba of the Chicago office spoke at the ABA 16th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law (EMI) in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, on March 4-7. Heather's presentation was entitled "Balancing the Competing Interests of the Patient, Provider and Public in Managing Highly Infectious Diseases in the United States" and Tony's was entitled "Adventures in Fraud: Fundamentals of Health Care Fraud and Abuse: Investigations, Anti-Kickback, Stark, False Claims, the FCPA and Other Considerations."
