Standards in Trade Workshop on China Brownfields Remediation

Tim Haley of the Indianapolis office spoke to a delegation of environmental government officials and contractors at the "Standards in Trade Workshop on China Brownfields Remediation" event which was held in Chicago on Sept. 1. Tim spoke on two different panels at the national conference. One panel, entitled "Playing the Field- Procuring Services," addressed legal issues associated with procuring services related to brownfields remediation. He chaired and moderated the other panel, entitled "Threading the BFPP Needle: You can Succeed Where Others Have Failed," which evaluated legal and practical issues associated with maintaining legal defenses to statutory liability during property redevelopment.
