Attorney Presentation - "Copyright and Trademark Issues in the Fashion Industry"

On Feb. 8, John Gabrielides of the Chicago office gave a presentation to client HMS Productions, Inc., on copyright and trademark issues in the fashion industry. HMS Productions, located in New York's Garment District, designs, manufactures, and distributes women's woven and knitwear garments worldwide. The company's management asked for a presentation for its designers and marketing teams; about 40 people attended the presentation, which lasted more than an hour with a very active Q&A session.
