Attorney Presentation - "Diversity and Inclusion: Driving Innovative Legal Services and Boosting the Bottom Line"

Dawn Rosemond of the Fort Wayne office presented a CLE entitled "Diversity and Inclusion: Driving Innovative Legal Services and Boosting the Bottom Line" for the Indianapolis Bar Association on May 26 in Indianapolis. Billed as a "real conversation on diversity between diverse outside counsel and their client," the presentation constituted an in-depth and frank discussion between Dawn and long-time client, Ingersoll Rand, regarding the key role diversity has played (and continues to play) in their client relationship. They also discussed how and why diversity and inclusion has affected and will continue to affect the bottom line from both perspectives and the role each must play to ensure 1.) a continued productive working relationship and 2.) the success and retention of diverse talent in their respective organizations.
