Attorney Presentation - "Patentability in the Medical Diagnostics Industry after Ariosa"

On May 18, Jeff Stone of the Minneapolis office presented, "Patentability in the Medical Diagnostics Industry after Ariosa," during the American Intellectual Property Association (AIPLA) Spring Convention in Minneapolis. In his presentation, Jeff suggested an alternate way to handle patentable subject matter issues. He also co-authored an article of the same title for the AIPLA website.
