Attorney Presentation - SSOs and Competition Law: Lessons and Suggestions From the United States"

Don Knebel of the Indianapolis office spoke at the International Conference on Innovation for Shared Prosperity in New Delhi, India, on Aug. 20 and 21. The conference, sponsored by O. P. Jindal Global University, brings together academic and business leaders from around the world. Don presented an academic paper on "SSOs and Competition Law: Lessons and Suggestions from the United States" and moderated a panel discussing the role of competition authorities in regulating standard-setting activities. In addition, Don has received a faculty appointment to the National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan, where he will conduct a week of classes on intellectual property and antitrust law in October.
