Attorney Presentation - "What Young Lawyers Need to Know About Arbitration"

On Sept. 21, Tim Abeska of the South Bend office was the featured speaker at a CLE seminar presented to the Young Lawyers Section of the St. Joseph County Bar Association on Sept. 21. Tim's one-hour presentation, "What Young Lawyers Need to Know About Arbitration," included a discussion about the differences between arbitration and litigation, perceived advantages and disadvantages of arbitration, gateway issues, and the conduct of both the preliminary and final hearing.
