ABA Forum on Construction Law’s

The Construction Law Practice Group sponsored the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s regional CLE seminar in the Indianapolis office on Nov. 3. The full-day seminar took place simultaneously with other regional seminars in Los Angeles, Miami and Washington, D.C. Kari Jackson of the Indianapolis office spearheaded the Midwest effort and acted as moderator for the program. Clif Shapiro of the Chicago office and Charlie Edwards of the Indianapolis office spoke as panelists, along with other high-profile attorneys from the Midwest. The event drew approximately 60 attendees, which exceeded the number of attendees at any of the other regional locations. The presentations regarding construction and insurance coverage issues were very well-received and multiple business opportunities were discussed.
