Julie Veldman Harris and Bill Nolan of the Columbus office presented an Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) webcast, “Non-compete and Non-solicit Agreements for Healthcare Providers: Keeping Up With Developments Across the U.S.” on Oct. 3. The presentation focused on, among other things, the business interests that restrictive covenants may protect in the health care industry, as well as the strategic dynamics resulting from varying state noncompete laws.
