Attorney Presentation - The Beacon Startup Law 101 Workshop at Google

On Aug. 23, Christine McCarthy and Michelle Mikol of the Washington, D.C., office presented at the Beacon Startup Law 101 workshop at Google in Washington, D.C. Michelle spoke about how to find pro bono legal assistance in D.C., while Christine presented how patents and trade secrets could impact your business. The event was an interactive workshop and more than 200 women entrepreneurs from D.C. attended. Beacon is a community-led campaign to make Washington, D.C., the most influential and supportive city for women entrepreneurs in the United States.
