Please join Barnes & Thornburg and Catharsis Productions for a leadership-focused, comprehensive approach to maximizing productivity, minimizing risk, and managing a productive, healthy workplace.
Our Workplace Culture 2.0 Workshop is designed for human resource professionals and executives who are responsible for hiring personnel, developing policies, and making strategic decisions that influence your organization’s collective culture. It is geared to those who have key roles in managing and leading, and are faced with the challenges of today’s work environment, from the burgeoning #MeToo movement to responding to racial profiling and inherent bias, to meeting the metrics of a competitive business environment.
Barnes & Thornburg is delighted to team with nationally recognized Catharsis Productions, a training and education company that offers a refreshing alternative to legalistic, mind-numbing, compliance-based training. With a principled, value-driven approach to training, Catharsis’ anti-harassment training intertwines with Barnes & Thornburg’s longtime emphasis on workplace respect, and takes effective training to a new level.

How to positively change culture to reduce harassment
The new sexual harassment training developed by Catharsis Productions will help participants identify sexual harassment and other toxic workplace behaviors. Participants will understand that everyone is responsible for creating a more respectful workplace where everyone thrives. Finally, through scenarios and group practice, participants will understand how they can intervene to lessen harm and increase respect in their workplace. In short, this training is about defining the problem, learning how we can use our power to make change, and redefining the rules for ending harassment and discrimination so we can make a positive difference.
