Chicago Bankers’ Environmental Roundtable

Michael Elam of the Chicago office and Tim Haley of the Indianapolis office participated in the Chicago Bankers’ Environmental Roundtable (CBERT) meeting on April 20 in Chicago. Michael spoke on hot topics and risk management issues associated with financial institutions varying from stated environmental and energy review policy. Tim provided an update on ASTM issues and fielded questions concerning ASTM language and changes being considered. The CBERT roundtable primarily includes lending institutions with operations in Chicago, however, representatives that are based in other states participate and national and international topics are discussed.
